## Hypothesis

A personal site can read as a knowledge product, not a portfolio.

## Setup

Single-page HTML prototype built in one day, evaluated externally against a
rubric, distilled into DESIGN.md v1.0, then rebuilt as an Astro scaffold.

## What I tried

- v0.1: standalone HTML prototype with typed cards and an AI-readable section.
- External evaluation produced a top-5 revision list (boundary card, start
  path, typed card structure, agent read path, mobile menu).
- v0.2: Astro scaffold implementing the revision list.

## Result

In progress — the v0.2 scaffold is being validated against the acceptance
criteria.

## Next iteration

Compare the v0.2 scaffold against acceptance criteria; fix whatever still
feels portfolio-ish.
